We offer personalized financial planning advice to employees of companies that wish to add a compelling perquisite to their benefits package. This benefit can add tremendous value and create lasting loyalty between a company and its employees. We typically provide a few hours of basic financial planning advice every contract period to each employee individually, but we can customize the process for each company’s needs. Fees for this service are generally negotiated based on the amount of employees involved and the number of worksites visited by the adviser.

For small companies that do not yet have an Employer Sponsored Retirement Plan (“Plan”), we can serve as a consultant to assist the company in starting one. For companies with an existing Plan, we can provide advice regarding the investment options offered by the Plan. We can also educate the employees on investment options and asset allocation techniques to maximize the benefit of their participation in the Plan.
